Based in Kuching, Sarawak, Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd is a construction company with over 20 years of experience across civil, mechanical & electrical engineering works and supply chain.
It has always been our intention to be closely associated with the public in general by providing professional skills in multiple work areas, with the target of ensuring our clients' needs are met — successfully and satisfactorily.

Board & leadership
A 100% Bumiputera management and technical team, combining decades of experience across Sarawak's civil, electrical, and infrastructure sectors.
Ir. Ts. Hj Abg Husaini bin Hj Abg Hussin
Joined as Chairman in 2021, bringing over three decades of experience in Sarawak's electrical infrastructure. Before Tokoh Ilham, he served as Senior Technical Engineer on the Bakun Hydroelectric Project's 500kV and 275kV transmission lines, and spent five years at Sarawak Electricity Supply Corporation (SESCO) heading the Technical Service Section and later serving as District Engineer for Limbang Division. He has also been Managing Director of Jurutera Azan Bersekutu Sdn Bhd since 2008.
Hjh Dayang Faridah binti Hj Abg Abd Ghapor
Finance Director since the company's founding in 2006. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Telekom Malaysia Berhad, managing corporate accounts and telecommunications project consultancy for rural connectivity initiatives in Bakun and Sungai Asap, and was part of the pioneer team that computerised the Sarawak Land Information System in the early 1990s.
Abg Ahmad bin Abg Kedit
Operation Director since 2008, overseeing the company's technical operations and its Rural Electrification Scheme projects. He previously spent 12 years at Shorefield Sdn Bhd as Senior Electrical Supervisor, where he was a key player in turnkey rural electrification contracts across Sarawak worth over RM280 million combined.
Ts. Br. Hj Abang Mohamad Afiq bin Ir. Ts. Hj Abg Husaini
Technical Director since 2022, having risen through the company from Engineer to Project Manager over more than seven years. His project experience spans overhead line dismantling, underground cable installation, and substation works for clients including JKR Sarawak, Sarawak Energy Berhad, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Sarawak, the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) and Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd.
Br. Ade Azura binti Hj Saidi
With the company since 2007, progressing from Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Project Manager and, in 2022, to General Manager. She oversees daily operations, project planning, and coordination across government clients including JKR Sarawak, Sarawak Energy Berhad, the Department of Irrigation & Drainage, the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) and Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd.
